THE CURATION PROCESS

Revive Markets is a curated market, meaning there’s a selection process. After applications close, we review all submissions to ensure a good balance of sizes, brands, styles, and price points. Successful applicants will be offered a stall, while others may be waitlisted in case of cancellations.

 

I’M ACCEPTED!

  • Once accepted, you’ll receive an email with payment details, which are due within 3 business days.
  • Two weeks before the market, you’ll receive setup and pack-down instructions.
  • If you have a preferred stall location or neighbours, we’ll try to accommodate your request, but it’s not guaranteed.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT SELECTED?

  • We carefully review all applications and select vendors who align with what our shoppers want.
  • Our goal is to create a positive experience for both vendors and shoppers. We want everyone to succeed.
  • Due to the high volume of applications, we won’t be able to notify unsuccessful applicants or keep applications on file.
  • If not selected, feel free to apply again next time with as much detail as possible.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once payment is made, the stall fee is non-refundable, except for the following:

  • You may transfer your stall to someone else.
  • Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the event can receive a full refund (less a $20 administration fee) or option to transfer the full fee to another market date.
  • If you transfer to a later market and cannot attend, you forfeit the fee.
  • Cancellations within 3 weeks are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

NON-ATTENDANCE

  • If you can’t attend, please notify us ASAP so we can rearrange the stalls and avoid gaps.
  • We understand that things happen, but to keep the market running smoothly, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible.
  • The cancellation policy still applies, regardless of the reason.

 

WEATHER/HEALTH EVENT CANCELLATIONS

The Market Manager reserves the right to cancel the event due to low interest, bad weather, or major events (including pandemics or bushfires). In the event of cancellation:

  • If not related to a pandemic, vendor fees will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date.
  • For cancellations due to a pandemic, vendors will receive a 50% refund.

 

TRADING TIMES AND PACK DOWN

  • All stallholders must be set up and ready to trade 15 minutes before the event starts.
  • Stalls must remain open for the entire event unless given special permission by the Market Manager.

 

DISPOSAL OF RUBBISH

  • Stallholders are responsible for removing any rubbish from their stall. Bins provided by Revive Markets are for market use only.
  • Large boxes and packaging should not be left onsite.

 

PERSONAL SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • Stallholders are responsible for their own safety and security. Revive Markets is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of goods, cash, or personal items.
