Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11/1/2026
Revive Preloved

To keep Revive Preloved running smoothly and fairly for everyone, all sellers must agree to the rental terms and conditions. By renting a rack or shopping at Revive Preloved you are agreeing to the following rules:

YOUR AGREEMENT

By booking a rack with Revive Preloved, you agree to these terms and help us create a positive, sustainable resale space for everyone.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

All rack bookings are made online via the Zellr booking system and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least two weeks before your start date and we will help you find a suitable date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the booking are non-refundable or transferable.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All items sold at Revive are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to check items carefully before purchasing. Any faulty items are sold as-is.

COMMISSION

Revive charges a 15% commission on each item sold. This is automatically deducted from your earnings.

WHAT CAN BE SOLD

Only women’s and unisex clothing, shoes, and bags are permitted for sale in-store.

WHAT CAN NOT BE SOLD

Stolen or counterfeit items, underwear, dirty or stained items. Swimwear and active wear should be in as new condition. Fast Fashion brands such as Shien or low-quality items are not encouraged.  Please refer to the ‘Revive Sellers Guide’ for advice on what sells best.

AUTHENTICITY & OWNERSHIP

All items must be privately owned by the seller. Selling stolen goods is strictly prohibited. If designer items are being sold a certificate of authenticity should be provided. As items are not owned by Revive, we cannot guarantee authenticity. Buyers purchase at their own discretion.

TAGGING & BARCODES

All items must be priced and barcoded before arriving to set up your rack. Items without tags cannot be sold and may be removed and placed in lost property.

RACK SET UP

You must set up your rack on the first day of your booking. If weekdays are difficult, please select a Saturday start date. If you do not attend within two days of your rack starting (without prior communication), your booking may be forfeited.

RACK CAPACITY

We recommend a maximum of 45 items per rack, plus space for up to 3 pairs of shoes or bags. Please avoid overcrowding to allow shoppers to easy browse racks. Hangers are provided.

DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD

You’re welcome to top up your rack at any time during your rental period, as long as new items are barcoded and logged correctly. Our team will regularly tidy your rack. Occasionally items may be moved by customers; however, all items will still scan to your account.

Revive reserves the right to remove any items deemed unsellable (e.g., damaged, dirty, or offensive).

MARKDOWN REQUESTS

If you’d like to mark down your rack to boost sales, we’re happy to help. Discounts must apply to the entire rack and be requested by contacting our team.

COLLECTION OF UNSOLD ITEMS

You are responsible for clearing your rack at the end of your rental. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing on your final day.

If items are not collected on time, our team will pack down your rack and a $15 pack-down fee will be deducted from your earnings. Uncollected items will be held for 7 days and a storage charge of $15 per day will apply. Unfortunately, we have very limited storage space, and this policy will be strictly adhered to. After this time, items become the property of Revive Preloved and may be donated to charity.

PAYMENTS

Seller earnings are paid out within 7 days of your rack rental end date or when you have collected your unsold items. Sellers will only be paid via bank transfer and it is the seller’s responsibility to enter the correct BSB and Account Numbers in to their Sellr profile. Revive will not take responsibility for payment being made to an incorrect account.

THEFT, DAMAGE & MISPLACED ITEMS

While we do our best to keep your items safe and secure, Revive is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in-store. Please only bring items you are comfortable selling in a market-style retail environment.

  • Revive takes great care when handling your items but is not responsible for damage caused by customers trying on or browsing garments.
  • Security cameras are in place to prevent theft. However, Revive is not responsible for theft. Any known thefts will be reported to police.
  • Revive is not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen events  such as fire, flooding, accidents, etc.
  • Sellers must ensure all unsold items are collected. Items without tags may have been place in lost property. Revive is not liable for missing, misplaced, or damaged items and will not reimburse sellers for losses.
